BOYHOOD HOME OF PRESIDENT WOODROW WILSON SEEKS VOLUNTEER DOCENTS

The Boyhood Home of President Woodrow Wilson is always looking for energetic people to serve as docents. The Boyhood Home of President Woodrow Wilson, a National Historic Landmark, is located at 419 Seventh Street. Docents lead tours of the main house and service building, where the 28th President lived as a child during the Civil War and Reconstruction. Original and period furnishings appropriate to the 1860s decorate the home. Visitors include individuals and groups Wednesdays through Saturdays, from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m., by appointment, or for special events.
